After the briefing on Monday afternoon you will leave our harbor at "De Nauwe Greuns" in Leeuwarden, your first sail a little on the Van Harinxmakanaal, here you can get in touch on this wide canal with the boat.
The journey leads in southern direction, following the "Standing Mast Route" to Grou. After about 1.5 hours sailing you reach this convivial watersportvillage for the first night.

The next morning, the route continues direction south, first via the Prinses-Margriet Canal, through the natural lock at Terherne (Terhorne) onto the Sneeker Meer. You continue south until you reach the small, pleasant town of Langweer, where you spend the night in the small but attractive marina.
OR:
Continue the trip for about 1.5 hours longer, go south across the Koevordermeer (please note the buoy line) to Lemmer, a dreamy harbor at the coast of the IJsselmeer. Short in front of the large lock, turn off towards the center (east) and take a mooring in the city.

Our destination the next day is Sneek (with the third overnight stay). On the way, you will pass Sloten (the smallest town in Friesland) and Woudsend, both places invite you to make a stopover (Koffie or Patat). Via IJlst you reach Sneek, where there are many moorings in the middle of the town, but also near the Waterpoort. However, you can also sail right through the town; there are also numerous moorings on the Houkesloot.

Stay the night in Sneek in between the three bridge you have to pass, in the center of the town, close to shops, restaurants, ...
Last day it leads direction north, on the Sneekermeer, you will pas Terhorne (Terherne) and go by Akrrum around the nature reserve "Alde Feanen" back to our base, where you spend the last night of your cruise.
